Training based on five indicators-sales, cost control, goal setting, operations, and team communication.

Support growth through improving table service quality, acquiring knowledge of wine and Japanese sake, menu development, and experiencing ingredient selection at the fish market.

Required skills and grades are set for each section, and promotions and pay increases are possible according to evaluation. For experienced chefs, we offer an annual salary of $75,000 + 12% superannuation; for top chefs, $100,000 + 12% superannuation.
