Bluefin Tuna Fare :18th – 31st July


The “Bluefin Tuna Fare” held in July welcomed many guests.
On July 18, a dismantling show of Southern Bluefin Tuna (Minami Maguro) was performed by Mr. Ishii, a tuna specialist from Pyrmont Seafood. We received many delighted comments such as, “I was genuinely excited to see the powerful craftsmanship you don’t usually get to watch,” and “It reminded me again of the charm of tuna.”

At this event, in addition to Southern Bluefin Tuna, guests enjoyed carefully selected Japanese sake and wine paired to complement the tuna. It became a special moment woven by Masuya’s quality ingredients and thoughtful pairings.
