- Used to be a leader of a club or group.
- Used to work in customer relations in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, in Japan.
- Used to work for a restaurant, cafe or bar.
- Want to succeed in the restaurant business in the future.
- Have an experience as a chef in Japan.
- Have skills in sushi making.
- Have a more than a few months’ work experience at a Japanese restaurant in Australia.
- Interested in learning about Australian wine and ingredients during the stay.
- Want to work hard, want to earn good money for even more enjoyable working holiday.
